My stack (March 2026): → Obsidian (knowledge base) → Motion (calendar + tasks) → Alfred/OpenClaw (AI briefs 7AM + 10AM) → Typefully (content) → Google Sheets (lead pipeline) Tools don't build businesses. But they make building faster.

Apps that helped me stop wasting time and start building momentum: • Sunsama (Daily planner with purpose) • Motion (Calendar + task automation) • Notion (My second brain) • Loom (Explaining without meetings) • Cold Turkey (Block the dopamine traps) • Grammarly (Write like a pro…

I tried using @useMotion and @reclaimai as a way to help me get a handle of my schedule as it gets more complicated. The price, I don't think, justifies it. Plus, they don't support Notion tasks. Hoping for better things to come with @NotionCalendar.

I keep wanting a decent piece of software to keep track of tasks. I tried @OmniFocus eons ago but found it cumbersome. I just tried @useMotion but found their assigning arbitrary deadlines ("so the AI can schedule") then telling me I'm overdue on everything is infuriating. Help?
